3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
Ensure that all information provided to the Company is accurate and up to date.

4. Payment Terms
The Company charges an ad spend fee ranging from 5%-15%, depending on the Client’s advertising spend.
No additional fees, setup costs, or hidden charges apply.
Payments can be made in EUR, USD, AUD, or NZD.
Payment is required as per the terms of the invoice issued by the Company. Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:Use the provided ad accounts solely for white hat content, complying with all relevant platform policies and legal regulations.
Ensure that all advertising content is lawful, accurate, and does not violate any third-party rights.
Be responsible for the security and confidentiality of account credentials.

6. Account Management
The Company will provide rapid onboarding and approval processes for new ad accounts.
The Client will receive direct support from a dedicated Meta and/or TikTok representative for account management and troubleshooting.

7. Support Services
The Company offers 24/7 support to address any issues related to the ad accounts.
Support can be accessed via email at ldlvlimited@hotmail.com. The Company aims to respond to all inquiries promptly.

8. Prohibited Activities
The Client is prohibited from:Using the ad accounts for any illegal activities or to promote content that violates platform policies.
Sharing or transferring account access to unauthorized parties.
Engaging in any activities that could harm the Company’s reputation or interfere with the services provided.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms with prior written notice. The Client is responsible for settling any outstanding payments before termination.
The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches any of these Terms, including the use of non-white hat content or violations of platform policies.

10. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of its services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, or loss of data.
The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes or success rates from the use of its ad accounts.

11. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the services, including violations of these Terms or third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

13. Amendments
The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
